My screen orientation is wrong
Is your screen displaying content sideways or upside down? You can correct the orientation using the Neon player app on the device itself, or remotely through your Neon Dashboard.
Method 1: Adjust on the Device (Requires Remote)
Important: You will need your Screen ID and PIN to log back in after these steps. Please ensure you have these written down or accessible before proceeding.

Open the Menu: Using your Neon remote, press the OK button (or the center circular button for other devices)

Log Out: Select Log Out from the menu options.

Rotate the Screen: Once you are back at the blue Login screen, look below the "Sign In" button. Select Rotate Screen and choose the correct orientation.

Log Back In: Use your Screen ID and PIN to sign back into the device.
Method 2: Adjust via the Dashboard

Log In: Sign into your account at admin.neonscreens.com.

Select Screens: Click the Screens tab on the left-hand menu.

Choose the Screen: Click on the specific screen you need to adjust. This will open the screen details page.

Edit Orientation: Click the Edit button in the bottom right corner. Select the appropriate Orientation option from the dropdown menu to rotate the display.
Other Troubleshooting Tips
Is the TV mounted incorrectly? If the physical TV monitor was installed in the wrong orientation and the steps above do not help, you may need to adjust the settings on the TV itself (not the Neon player). Please consult the user manual for your specific TV brand to find its "Image Rotation" or "Horizontal/Vertical Flip" settings.
Edit the image: Another method to change how the image appears on screen is to edit the image(s) being used. We recommend using a tool like Canva to "Flip Vertical" or "Flip Horizontal," saving the file, and re-uploading it to your Neon playlist.
