How do I connect my Neon Device to WIFI?

Device Offline

If your device is not Online, the “Device is Offline” message pictured below will appear in the upper right of the screen while playing content.


Connection status can also be viewed by pressing the OK Button on your remote when the device is powered on and connected to the TV. If the device is not connected to the internet, the Red OFFLINE indicator will appear, as well as the message on the bottom of the screen.


To re-connect to your store internet, take the following steps:

  1. On your Neon remote, please press the purple Wi-Fi button.

 

2. Select your store's Wifi network from the "Available Networks" list.
(Note: If you don't see it, select "See All" to view all options.)

3. Enter your password and select Connect.

4. Once connected, press the blue Reboot button on the remote to restart the player. 

After the media player restarts, your content will download and be displayed.
