If you find that your Neon device is not responding to your Neon remote, try following the steps below to reconnect your Neon remote to your Neon device:
1. Locate your Neon NG1 device in the back of your TV and press the 'Reset' button on the side of the device (gently press once, do NOT hold).
If your device does not respond to the Reset button the first time, try unplugging the device from power for 30 seconds and plugging back in. Once the device fully boots back up, try the Reset button once more.
2. Follow the prompt on your screen to put your Neon remote into pairing mode by pressing and holding both the Home button AND the Back Arrow until the red light at the top of your remote starts flashing.
3. Once both your NG1 and remote are in pairing mode, the device will begin scanning. This may take several moments.
You'll know the scanning is complete once your screen displays "Remote Found".
***If the Neon app auto-launches before you see the "Remote Found" status, try steps 1 & 2 again but put the remote into pairing mode FIRST and then press the Reset button on the device to expedite the process.
Your remote should now be re-paired and fully functional!
