How Do I Connect My Neon Amazon Signage Stick to Wi-Fi?

Learn how to set up or reconnect Wi-Fi connection with your Amazon Signage Neon Media Player

  1. Press the "Settings" button (small gear icon) on the physical remote paired to your Signage Stick.

  2. Use the round center "Select" button on your remote to select "Network & Internet" from the on-screen menu

  3. Use the "Down" button to scroll to "Wi-Fi" and use the "OK" button on your remote to select "Wi-Fi."

  4. Scroll down to find and select your network name.
  5. If needed, enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.
