How to use the neon music web app control
Learn how to access and use the Web Controller for your Neon Music!
accessing the web app:
- Go to app.music.neonscreens.com on your phone or computer OR scan the QR code on your Neon Music Device.
- Log in using the Music Player ID (located on the player) and the PIN associated with your account.
- Once logged in, you can browse your available options, select a Playlist or track, and the music will begin playing through your connected speakers immediately!
Note: You can also utilize the alternate volume control on the fly within the web app by clicking on the track that is currently playing. This will take you to the screen where volume can be adjusted from the app.
Some of our clients find this helpful if their Music Box isn't nearby, or when they are busy assisting customers!
