A screen could be a TV, LED wall, Kiosk, or any device running the Neon signage solution to show content. Your signage network can have 1 screen or hundreds of screens. In this article, we will show you how to add more screens to your network.
Let's get started!
- From the Screens tab, locate and click the circle with a "+" in the middle of it. This should be on the far right corner of the screen.
- When prompted, select Add Screen
- Notice that the Screen ID is prepopulated for you. This ID along with the Access Pin (see instruction e.) will be used to login into the Neon app on your screen. You are able to change the Access Pin at any time if you would like, but you will not be able to change the Screen ID
- Select the location of this new screen from the Select Location dropdown
Note: You must have the location created before you can select the location to assign to the screen. Find out how to create a location - Enter a Screen Name
- Enter a Screen Description to further identify your screen
- Enter any 4-digit Access Pin
- Choose the appropriate Orientation & Dimension of your screen. Note the correct screen orientation if your TVs are vertically mounted.
- Click Add Screen
Congratulations! You have now successfully added a new screen.
You can now see the list of screens that belong to your network from the Screen table.
