Create and manage a folder

Folders help keep your images and videos organized so it's easier to select and update content.

  1. Create a folder

  2. Upload content to a folder

Create a folder

  1. Locate and click My Media in the left navigation menu

  2. Click on the New Folder button in the top left of the My Media window

  3. Give your folder a Name

  4. Click Create Folder.

  5. You can see your newly created folder below the upload box under My Media.

Now that you have created a folder, let's add some content to it.

 

Upload content to a folder

  1. Click on the folder you want to add content to

  2. Now, click the Upload button, or drag and drop your files into the dotted rectangular box

    Note: You can upload images (PNG, JPEG) and videos (MP4, MOV). Video files of 4k resolution or larger are not supported, and video files must be 1080p resolution or less.

  3. Any files you selected to upload will appear with a progress bar below the dotted rectangular box until the upload process has been completed

  4. You will receive a message in the bottom left corner of the screen notifying you of successful uploads. Once your files have completed the upload process, you will see them listed with their details

    Note: When you upload content into a folder, you will also be able to find that content in My Media.

Congratulations! You have successfully uploaded content into your folder. 

 

Did you already upload an image or video? Here is how you Add existing content to a folder.

  1. Locate and click My Media in the left navigation menu

  2. Select the content you would like to add to your folder, then click Move to Folder

  3. Choose the desired folder from the dropdown, then click Add

  4. You will be taken back to All Media after receiving the message that the Content successfully added. Under your Folders you will see your content has indeed been added to your desired folder.

What if I want to remove content from a folder?

Remove content from a folder

  1. Click on the folder that you want to remove content from

  2. Find the content you would like to remove and click on the three dots located on the far right, under Action.

  3. You now have two options from here:

    1. Remove - this will remove the selected files from the folder but will not delete them

    2. Delete - this will remove the selected files from the folder and will also delete them from My Media

  4. Once you confirm your choice, your content will be removed from the folder

Move content from one folder to another

  1. Click on the folder that you want to move content from

  2. Select the content you would like to move using the checkboxes, then select Move to Folder

  3. Choose the desired folder from the dropdown, then click Move

  4. You will receive a message that the Content successfully added

Congratulations! You have successfully moved your content between folders.
