If your application is running slow or taking a while to load, there might be data in the app holding it up, therefore we will clear any data being stored.
Step 1: On your Samsung remote, press the home button once and then hold the "Return" button for about 5-7 seconds to clear any app running in the background.
Step 2: Select the "Menu" button to access your settings and scroll down to find the "Support" option.
Step 3: Find and select the "Device care" option
Step 4: Once you're in, select the bottom option that says "Manage storage"
Step 5: Find the Neon app and scroll down and click on "View Details"
Step 6: Clear the Data and Cache from the app and then re open the Neon app from Home.
