If you encounter issues with your Neon application, causing it to underperform, you can resolve this by force-stopping the app, enabling it to cease running and initiate a self-restart.
Step 1: Click on the Home button on your Amazon Firestick remote and scroll to the right side to access the settings (Gear icon). Find the box that says "Applications" and select it.
Step 2: Scroll down and select the option that says "Manage Installed Applications".
Step 3: Find the Neon App and select it to find the "Force stop" option.
Step 4: Click on "Force stop". When you click on it, there'll be a small blink but nothing else will happen. (As long as you click on it, the system will recognize that you're trying to force stop the app)
Step 5: Select the option to "Launch Application" to open the app again and Log In.
