If you encounter issues with your Neon application, causing it to underperform, you can resolve this by force-stopping the app, enabling it to cease running and initiate a self-restart.
Step 1: Press the "Home" button on your white Google Chromecast remote. Scroll all the way to the right to access the Settings
Step 2: Once you're in the settings, find the "Apps" section. And Find "Neon"
Step 3: Find the Neon App and find the option that says "Force Stop".
