In this article, we'll be showing you how to pair your Google Chromecast remote to your hardware device.
Step 1: With your Google remote, press the Back and Hoem button at the same time until you see a light flash at the bottom.
Step 2: Once you see the light at the bottom, your remote will start to try and pair with the Chromecast device.
Step 3: If your remote doesn't pair with your Chromecast device after seeing the light, grab the Chromecast device itself and press the button in the back for about 30 seconds until the Chromecast resets itself.
Step 4: You should see a list of devices it wants to pair with. Choose your Chromecast remote from the list.
