If your Firestick is experiencing sluggishness while downloading content or getting stuck on a particular program, you can access your settings to initiate a restart of your Firestick.
Step 1: With your Firestick remote, press the home button to access the home screen of the Amazon Firestick.
Step 2: Once you enter your settings, find the "My Fire TV" option.
Step 3: Find the "Restart" option and select it to restart your Firestick.
