If you're having lagging issues or problems with your content not loading accordingly, we can try to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Step 1: Press the Home button on your TV and scroll to the left to where it says "Apps".
Step 2: Once you select on Apps, go to the top right corner and click on the gear icon.
Step 3: Find the Neon app, and select the option to delete it.
Now that it is deleted, click on the Home button and go into the App store to find the Neon app.
