No matter how many screens you have, you can put the same playlist and publication on all of your screens or build custom playlists and publications for each screen in your network
- Once you have imported your media, select Screens from the left navigation menu in the Neon Dashboard.
- Click the purple Add button in the top-right corner and select "New Publication."
- Add a Publication Title
- Click the white box labeled "Choose screen layout."
- You can choose the desired Screen Layout you're looking for.
- Now that your Screen Layout is selected, you are ready to start populating content. Please select the white box to choose the content you would like to show. (This box will highlight purple when you hover over it)
- Select the content for each zone. You can select individual media files or choose a Playlist, Widget, or Channel to display in that zone, and select Create Playlist:
- Now select the Screens, Locations, or Groups you would like to publish to:
- You are now ready to schedule your Publication. You can schedule your content by date range or play frequency.
- Date Range Schedule
- First, you will want to choose the Start Date
- Second, you uncheck the No End Date box to select an ending date for your publication
- Your content will now run in the specified date ranges
- Play Frequency Schedule
- Select the drop-down next to Play Frequency and select On a Schedule.
- Select the Days of the week and Times of the day you would like to show your content for.
- Select the drop-down next to Play Frequency and select On a Schedule.
- Date Range Schedule
- Now your content is ready to be published! Please click the Publish button to push content to your screens.
Congratulations! You have completed your publication.
