# Reset password

## Don't worry. It happens to all of us...

1. Visit [https://admin.neonscreens.com/login](https://admin.neonscreens.com/login/)/ from your browser
2. Click **Forgot password?**

3. Enter the **email address** associated with your account, and then click **Reset Password**

4. Find the "**Reset Password" email** from **no-reply@neonscreens.com** Neon sent to you and follow the instructions.
   
   *Note: Make sure to check your spam folder just in case the email lands there.*
5. Enter a new password -- Confirm your new password. Then, click **Set Password**
6. Now you are ready to sign back in with your new password
