Reset the Neon app (Amazon)
- Press the home button on your remote
- Go to and select Settings (gear icon) in the very right of your screen
- Choose “Applications”
- Choose "Manage Installed Applications"
- Find and select “NeonScreens”
- Choose “Force Stop”
- Choose “Clear cache”
- Choose “Clear data” and confirm
- Press the home button on your remote
- Find and open the app “neon” (rainbow-colored)
- Log in to Neon using your Screen ID and Pin found on the back of your remote
