Reset the Neon app (Amazon)

  1. Press the home button on your remote

  2. Go to and select Settings (gear icon) in the very right of your screen

  3. Choose “Applications”

  4. Choose "Manage Installed Applications"

  5. Find and select “NeonScreens”

  6. Choose “Force Stop”

  7. Choose “Clear cache”

  8. Choose “Clear data” and confirm

  9. Press the home button on your remote
  10. Find and open the app “neon” (rainbow-colored)

  11. Log in to Neon using your Screen ID and Pin found on the back of your remote
