- Press the home button on your remote
- Choose “Settings” from the top left corner
- Choose “Exit Kiosk Lockdown”
- Enter the exit password issued to you by Neon
- Press next/enter
- Choose “Exit”
- Press the home button on your remote
- Go to and select Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner
- Choose “Apps”
- Find and select “NeonScreens”
- Choose “Force Stop”
- Press “OK”
- Choose “Clear cache”
- Press “OK”
- Choose “Clear data”
- Press “OK”
- Press the home button on your remote
- Find and open the app “hexnode uem”
- Select “ACTIVATE” to set up and enable Kiosk mode
- Wait for Neon to load
- Log in to Neon using your Screen ID and Pin found on the back of your remote
