Reset the Neon app (Google with Hexnode)

  1. Press the home button on your remote
  2. Choose “Settings” from the top left corner

  3. Choose “Exit Kiosk Lockdown”

  4. Enter the exit password issued to you by Neon

  5. Press next/enter
  6. Choose “Exit”

  7. Press the home button on your remote

  8. Go to and select Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner

  9. Choose “Apps”

  10. Find and select “NeonScreens”

  11. Choose “Force Stop”

  12. Press “OK”
  13. Choose “Clear cache”

  14. Press “OK”
  15. Choose “Clear data”

  16. Press “OK”
  17. Press the home button on your remote
  18. Find and open the app “hexnode uem”

  19. Select “ACTIVATE” to set up and enable Kiosk mode

  20. Wait for Neon to load

  21. Log in to Neon using your Screen ID and Pin found on the back of your remote
