My Screen Shows the Wrong Image
Let's review what to do when you see a different image than intended on your screens.
I. How to Get Your Screen to Display your Latest Content
Outdated or incorrect content is usually caused by one of two things: the device needs to finish downloading the latest publication to this screen, or the content in the Dashboard needs to be reviewed and adjusted.
Follow these steps to get your content on screen:
1. Connect your Device to Wi-Fi
Follow the instructions in this article to identify connection status and get your device back online. If you have new content published and assigned to this screen, this will allow your device to retrieve it.
2. Download Your Content
Once your device is connected to the internet, you can download and display the latest published content. If fetching/download does not automatically begin:
Open the Menu/Settings within the Neon app on the screen by pressing the "OK" button on your Neon remote or large round center button on Amazon signage devices.
Look for the option labeled "Refresh Content" in the upper right of the screen to manually prompt a download for the most updated content assigned to this screen from your Neon Dashboard.
3. Review your Publication
If your screen still shows the wrong image after being reconnected to the internet and refreshing content, it is because your publication needs to be reviewed.
Log into your Neon Dashboard at https://admin.neonscreens.com/login/ to review the publication assigned to the screen.

Tip: Don't forget to review the SCHEDULING for your content as well! You may have the correct content published to the screen but the schedule for it may not be what you intended.
