Groups allow you to group any number of screens together in order to extend your publication needs. For example, you may have screens spread throughout 5 different states, but you want to group them together to keep consistency in the content published. Or, your gym locations may have similar screen setups, but you want all of the second-floor TVs to display the same videos.
Groups give you the ability to make this happen.
Let's get started!
- From the Screens tab, locate and click the circle with a "+" in the middle of it. This should be on the far right corner of the screen.
- When prompted, select Add Group
Example: I have chosen to group all of my Deli TVs at all locations together. - Next, give the Group a Name and Description. Then click the Add Screens to Group button to add the screens you want to make a part of this group.
- Using the search bar or the sortable column names, find and check the box next to the screens you want to make a part of this group. Then click Add to Group
Example: I have selected all of my Deli TVs and left out my Produce TV. - Now, any screens that you added to the group will be listed under Screens in this Group
- Once you have confirmed your screen selection, click Add Group
Congratulations! You have now successfully created your group of screens.
