Playlists organize your media into specific sequences of Videos, Images and Widgets. Playlists are then added to publications in order to be displayed on your screens.

Select Screens from the left navigation menu
- In the Screens section, select the Playlists tab

Click the purple +Add button in the top right corner of your screen and select Add Playlist from the dropdown menu

Give your playlist a Title

Now, select the + Add Content button to add existing media to your playlist. A playlist can be a combination of Images, Videos, Widgets and any Gallery items.
5. In the Choose Content window, select the media you would like to add to the playlist, then click Add to Sequence when you are done making selections
6. Your media has been added to the playlist! The order you see the media listed in is the order in which it will be displayed on the screen. You can click and drag each item to rearrange the order. If available, you can also adjust the duration that a single piece of content will be displayed during the playlist sequence or schedule individual media components to display only within certain timeframes
7. When finished, select Create Playlist
Note: Each playlist you create will be specific to the type that you choose here. So, a Full-Screen playlist will only be able to display in a zone 1 area of a publication. Learn about publications here.
