Every screen connected to your account will display one of these three statuses:

ON
This indicates that your device is on, connected to WiFi, and has the Neon app open.
OFF
This indicates that the Neon app on your device is not communicating with our servers. This could be due to a few factors:

Your device is off
-
Your device is on but disconnected from WiFi
- Your device is not running the Neon Application

-- (INACTIVE)
This indicates that you have added the screen to your dashboard but no device has been logged into using that Screen ID.
